Thanks for writing. My secret is no secret at all. I'm not about 'collecting' group tags. Rather, I have a genuine interest (though some only minimally or tangentially) in each of these groups. I try to spend a few minutes each day and review profiles, reach out to others, add a new group or something to improve my network.
For me now, I'm in an incredible place. After downsizing over 40% of my last employer's staff I found myself seeking greater opportunities to grow an organization and am finding the world filled with the opportunities I'm seeking and possibilities abound. I'm seeking consulting opportunities, speaking engagements, and increased networking opportunities. With over 25 years in business management, and about half of that strictly focused in most areas of HR, I've found myself honestly a bit bored with winning the next award and other commonplace recognitions. I'm seeking greatness, whether it be with a two person startup or a 20,000 person national organization.
For me, the prime motivator is opportunity to contribute in a significant positive manner. I'm a strategic HR Manager with a strongly technical background, data driven, results oriented, and a people person most comfortable in technical environments but working with cutting edge HR tools and techniques to achieve business successes.
Holly smokes dude your profile is extraordinary! I'm new to the 4HWW group and have found it quite inspiring to say the least. I am keenly interested in how you assembled all the groups your a member of as this is quite simply brilliant!
