How do I find what the cost of outsourcing a project before I commence with the outsourcing?
I've devised a unique system for generating unlimited business leads in any market. Not long after launch, this system will quite quickly and easily generate in excess of 15-20,000 new leads per day, growing exponentially on a daily scale.
The system is based around a global Web 2.0
community site activity which, at present, does not exist anywhere on the Internet (hence, unique).
I urgently need to get this done but I'd rather not post this project on various freelancer sites as the details are very sensitive and valuable. I'd appreciate any advice offered.
