Blueprint Update

hi guys

I know I haven't posted in a while, but I am going to try and start to get some posts in when I have the time.

I just wanted everyone to know how my project is going and I plan to attempt to keep a running blog on this site to update everyone of my status.

Before I do, I want to give a great big thank you to Victory to allowing me to be on his premier DVD of the "World Vision Entrepreneur" Series that will be distributed throughout high schools across Canada and to the rest of the world through amazon.com.

To update you all on where I stand, I currently as of today have submitted my executive summary for a business plan competition here in Nova Scotia. If you would like more info on the competition please go to www.innovacorp.ca and find the link that says "I3 Competition." It is right on the home page so you can't miss it :). To sum up the competition, there are five zones and for each zone there are three rounds. the first is the executive summary round where competitors submit a rough outline of their idea, the second is a short list chosen by a panel of judges that will select the best ideas to write a 15 to 20 page business plan. The final round is where the judges select the top three entries for each zone. These entries(top three from each zone) will have a chance of winning a first prize of 100,000 within their respective zones. Once the winners are announced, the first place winners get a chance to revise their business plans to resubmit to the judges and then get a chance to compete for an additional $100,000 seed investment from innovacorp!

That is pretty much where I stand right now. I won't know if I made it to the next round until October 18th 2007 if I made it to round 2. If I do make it then I will have a month to write a full business plan before round three.
